How do I paint and clear coat vinyl decals on motorcycle fairings?
I intend to paint my fairings 93 honda cbr with semi-gloss black and white and then apply the vinyl tribal decals.I want them to be closest to what the factory gas tank are how they are clear coated in paint. How is this possible and still get a glossy finish only? Happen to know a few quick steps of the process that must be done and materials? Thank you for any help that can be provided, it is so appreciated.
takes about 3 coats of varnish before painting becomes brilliant ... if you can get good coverage with a layer of clear, it does not shine too. you can simply airbrush decals ... and get rid of the vinyl ...
