What kind of headphones are they? The emblem is a skull with a brain (not skullcandies unless they are older)?

I have this incredible pair of headphones. The ear bud part is shiny silver, while the cord is nylon rope. The emblem on the back of the helmet is a skull with the top of the head revealed a cut brain. They seem to be high-end headphones, as they are in the ear and have an amazing sound quality. I know they are either not skullcandies, or they are skullcandies a day earlier. What kind of headphones are they?
