Is it true that we can not state our head / skull?

I read somewhere that we can not state our heads to be knocked out ... we can minimize how our brains bounced off the skulls by packing the neck to be stronger ... Is it fair to say that we have only our genetics to counter the effects of getting knocked out ... chin said ... iron is more difficult to remove the chin glass and thats the end of this? if not, what do you do for yourself or condition of being stunned to recover from the strike to the head fast and effectively? and what exercises do you do?

Yes, exactly. Just like you can not make your legs more difficult to break. You can develop the muscles around them, making them more flexible, etc., and reduce your chances of having your leg broken in this way, but there is some point beyond which you are simply born with the genes you're born with, and some people have stronger bones than others. What you can do is learn good defensive qualities. This will reduce your chances of being caught by a solid hit - but you will always be vulnerable to an unexpected blow that catch you dead. We're only human after all.
