who else thinks ebay is unfair?

i have been selling on ebay since 1998. the only reason i still do is because the isnt another auction wbsite that can compare with the amount of veiwers. they keep raising the rates and its almost not worth selling at all anymore. i own a sports card and collectibles store and ebay is huge with people selling stuff like that. it has hurt my business and ive lost countless customers to ebay. its outragous what ebay has done to small businesses. they are basically a monopoly and its ruining comunities around the country.

Uh, hi. They haven't raised their fees in over a year. Are you perhaps drinking too much?

Look at it this way. If the piddly collection of customers in your community are all going to eBay, then imagine how many customers you can have from all these little communities all over the place when you sell on eBay.

There's another thing to consider. The product you're selling does not do well in a bad economy. I bet if you ask other sellers of sports cards, they will agree that sales are down.
