Stainless/Aluminum metal polishing?
I'm trying to locate a good polish for a tanker truck. It's definitely not chrome but I believe it is stainless or brushed aluminum. I've washed it with a stainless/aluminum cleaner which worked to remove dirt but not water spots. I've polished with Mothers mag/aluminum polish but will take forever and still doesnt look all that great. Someone suggested Harley Davidson spray-on cleaner. Any suggestions? I see tractor trailers out there with almost mirror finishes so there has to be something.
Short of going out and buying a buffer and stuff,you could try using a can of Never Dull.It cleans and polishes fairly easy and a can of it goes a long way.I've used it on my fuel tanks and stacks for years.To do an entire tanker you're still looking at quite a bit of work,though.
