nobody wants to buy your used 01-06 Harley Davidson Sportster and the dealer only offered a $2200 trade in?
What are you going to do with your HD Sportster?
Do you think when the economy gets better someone will give you $10,000 for it?
Maybe if you keep it for another 10 years, don't ride it, put it in storage it might be worth a lot of money as a collectors item?
What about global warming, cap and trade, future stricter emission laws, and controls, will that bike still be legal to ride?
I know you want a new motorcycle, but you just can't give away your old Harley for nothing.
What are you going to do?
Note: don't take this as an insult, I really just want to know, because I always watch the motorcycles for sale adds and I am FLOORED when I see a used 03 Sportster with 16,000 miles for sale for $10,000
bikin, I agree, no bikes are selling right now, new or used, BUT when you only pay $6000 for a NEW Japanese Bike, your loosing less money than the person that paid $14,000 for his HD
I sold my 2005 Sportster Roadster for $10,000CDN. to the first guy who came to look at it. I only advertised it in the local newspaper classifieds, because I felt that if I went with online advertising I would get too many calls. What's the problem, exactly?
