Camellia Flower

Help Camellia's? Anyone know how to grow them ?

Hi I bought some small camellia plants online last summer and I'm not sure how to go about growing them, as I have never had a Camellia before.
They are still very small, and are not flowering, I have only had one very small flower on one of the plants but that's it. I have clay soil which I have covered with sugar cane mulch to keep moisture in. I water them about 3-4 times a week. They are in the sun, but it does get cool where they are as, they are on a small hill. So can any one please help me to know where I am going wrong and what I should do to get them to grow more and a bit faster. And to make them flower.

You should also be aware that extreme cold can cause the lost of buds and results in no blooms.

Camellias are also heavy feeders and benefit from fertilizer specify to them.
